Generations Village

Generations Village

An Intergenerational Approach to Senior Living and Community Building

Designed to bring seniors, students, and families together, this scattered-site model

Generations Village fosters intergenerational connection, where the wisdom of age meets the energy of youth, and shared purpose replaces social isolation. Residents live, learn, and grow side by side, cultivating a culture of care, respect, and mutual support that strengthens both individuals and the wider community. Programs may include aging in place, dementia-friendly design, and cultural community engagement. This innovative approach directly addresses two pressing social challenges: the shortage of affordable housing for seniors and students, and the growing need for inclusion and connection across generations.
